Milos Ninkovic has agreed a new, two-year Sydney FC contract and announced he will finish his storied career in a Sky Blue jersey.

The 34-year-old is five years into a glittering Sydney FC run which has seen him collect two Premierships, two Championships and a FFA Cup winners’ medal.

Ninkovic put an end to speculation linking him with a move away and penned an extension, while revealing he will finish his playing days in the Harbour City.

There is little doubt the Serbian playmaker will go down in history as one of the club’s, and the Hyundai A-League’s, greatest ever players.

Ninkovic has thrilled Sky Blues’ fans through 145 club appearances and delivered iconic moments, such as his winning-penalty in the 2017 Grand Final shootout triumph against Melbourne Victory.

He was awarded the Johnny Warren medal for his performances in Sydney FC’s record-breaking 2016/17 season, and was handed the Joe Marsden Medal in the Grand Final 2019 as the Sky Blues lifted their record-levelling fourth Hyundai A-League Championship.
