Hyundai A-League leaders Melbourne City cannot afford to be complacent against an improving Central Coast Mariners outfit this Friday night (kick off 7.30pm AEDT).
The Mariners will be flying after pulling off the shock win of the season so far, a 2-1 triumph over reigning Premiers Perth Glory last Sunday.
City hammered Central Coast 5-0 the last time these two teams met in the final round of the 2018/19 campaign, but Alen Stajcic’s Mariners look far tougher opposition these days.
