Mariners initiative: Kids go free in Canberra

Central Coast Mariners have delivered fans a great treat for their home clash in Canberra this weekend, announcing kids can attend the match against Adelaide United free of charge.

The Mariners return to GIO Stadium in Canberra for the second time this Hyundai A-League season on Sunday, with defending champions Adelaide their opponent.

And thanks to the club’s match day sponsor – realestate.com.au – kids can attend FREE!

Head here for the Mariners official website

Anyone who purchases an adult ticket online via the Ticketek website can enter the code ‘ROSE17’ (case sensitive) to redeem up to FOUR free junior tickets to the match (this is an online offer only and will not be redeemable at the box office on game day).

Adding to an action-packed Sunday, football fans will also be treated to two games for the price of one thanks to Canberra United being crowned Premiers of the Westfield W-League.

United will play their Westfield W-League Semi-Final against Melbourne City FC as a curtain raiser for a place in the competition’s Grand Final.

Gates will open at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm kick-off between two of the best female football teams in the country.
