Perth will be the next stop on Manchester United’s pre-season tour of Australia, with the Premier League giants locked in to play Aston Villa on July 23.
United are already scheduled to visit Melbourne, where the Red Devils will face Isuzu UTE A-League club Melbourne Victory at the MCG on July 15 before meeting fellow Premier League outfit Crystal Palace at the iconic venue on July 19.

It won’t only be fans in Melbourne who will get a chance to watch Erik ten Hag’s United Down Under this year, with Optus Stadium hosting the fixture against Steven Gerrard’s Villa four days later in Western Australia.
During United’s last trip to Australia almost three years ago, the Red Devils played in Perth, beating A-League Men club Perth Glory 2-0 at Optus Stadium before defeating rivals Leeds United 4-0.
Perth’s festival of football also includes a clash between Crystal Palace and Leeds United on July 22.
The announcement comes on the back of the launch of the Queensland Champions Cup, which features Villa, Leeds and ALM outfit Brisbane Roar in July.
It’s shaping up a massive year for football fans in Australia, but who else is gracing our shores? Have a look for yourself:
