Sydney FC and John Kosmina mutually agreed to a termination of the coach’s contract on Saturday, effective immediately.
Kosmina joined Sydney midway through the 2007/08 Hyundai A-League season after a stint as coach at Adelaide United.
“Sydney FC would like to thank John for his contribution to the club over the last 15 months,” said Sydney FC CEO Stefan Kamasz in a statement. “We would like to wish John all the best in his future endeavours.”
The club will make an announcement regarding Kosmina’s replacement in the coming days.
