After the success of Manchester United’s visit last year to play the FOXTEL A-League All Stars, the newly crowned Serie A champions have a star-studded list that will take part in the tournament in Brazil, which kicks off in just over a week.

Two of those will be well-known to Socceroos fans with Arturo Vidal and Mauricio Isla part of the Chile squad which will meet Ange Postecoglou’s side in Cuiaba on June 14 (AEST).

Vidal has lit up the Serie A in the last couple of seasons and is sure to excite the Australian fans with his all-action style and eye for goal from the midfield.

Veteran goal-keeper Gianluigi Buffon and classy midfielder Andrea Pirlo highlight the six-strong Italian contingent in the Juventus squad that is heading to Brazil and is set to come Down Under.

Defenders Giorgio Chiellini, Leonardo Bonucci, Andrea Barzagli and midfielder Claudio Marchisio are the other members of the Azzurri squad from Antonio Conte’s team.

French young gun Paul Pogba, midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah (Ghana) and defenders Stephan Lichsteiner (Switzerland) and Martin Caceres (Uruguay) round out the Juve players taking part in the World Cup.

The FOXTEL A-League All Stars will meet Juventus at ANZ Stadium, Sydney, on 10 August this year.
