Former Sydney FC marquee Marc Janko has shown his class with a superb bicycle kick winner for Austria in a Euro 2016 qualifier on Sunday.
Janko, who parted ways with Sydney FC just weeks ago after winning the Hyundai A-League Golden Boot in his first season, bagged a memorable winner for his nation over the Fabio Capello coached Russia in Moscow.
The 1-0 win for the Austrians in Group G stunned the crowd and has Austria in a strong position in their group on 16 points from just six games.
Janko scored 16 times for the Sky Blues but was not able to come to an agreement with the club for next season.
