The war of words has escalated between Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanderers FC with Sky Blues marquee striker Marc Janko using his personal twitter account to slam Wanderers’ midfielder Iacopo La Rocca for his conduct after his season-ending tackle on Sydney FC’s Ali Abbas.
The Austrian captain joined his coach Graham Arnold in condemning the actions of La Rocca, who they believe was seen to “high-five” fellow Wanderers player Matthew Spiranovic in the aftermath to the incident.
