Ins and Outs – Adelaide United v Newcastle Jets

They may not have a chance to play finals football but there is still plenty on the line when Adelaide United host Newcastle Jets in the opening game of Round 14 in the Westfield W-League on Thursday night.

In the final match of the campaign for both clubs, the Reds welcome the Jets to Marden Sports Complex needing a win to avoid finishing with the wooden spoon.

The Hunter outfit, who are coming off a 7-0 loss to Melbourne Victory on Sunday, are currently three points ahead of the last-place Adelaide.

But a win for the Reds would see them jump above Newcastle, cosigning the Jets to the wooden spoon in 2019/20.

Check out the all-important squad news below with a couple of key inclusions for both sides.
