Sydney FC twice fought back from a goal down to earn a thrilling 2-2 draw with Newcastle Jets at Allianz Stadium on Wednesday night.
In an entertaining affair, Newcastle took a shock lead inside 10 minutes with the in-form Andrew Nabbout burying a well-taken header.
But Sydney responded quickly with Serbian star Milos Ninkovic cutting a swathe through the Jets defence to level proceedings at 1-1.
Joey Champness fired the Jets ahead again on the hour mark before Bobo rescued a point for the Sky Blues just three minutes before full time.
Brisbane Roar 0-2 Western Sydney Wanderers
Western Sydney Wanderers made it back-to-back wins after they defeated Brisbane Roar 2-0 on Friday night at Suncorp Stadium.
Roar started with Massimo Maccarone in a deeper role while Corey Gameiro played up top in the Queensland capital.
But Wanderers were the more clinical of the two inflicting a fifth home defeat on Roar with two first-half goals as their push for a top-six spot gains momentum.

After their loss to Brisbane in the last round, Adelaide United have bounced back with a 3-0 win over Perth Glory at nib Stadium on Friday night.
That’s now nine goals conceded in two games by Perth, who drop out of the six following this result.

Two second-half substitutes made an instant impact helping Central Coast Mariners to a 1-1 draw against Melbourne Victory in Geelong on Saturday.
It looked like Besart Berisha’s second-half goal would be enough for Kevin Muscat’s men, but livewire teenager Lachlan Wales combined with fellow substitute Blake Powell to earn a point for the visitors with 20 mins to go.
Melbourne City 2-1 Wellington Phoenix
Two second-half goals to Ross McCormack and an eye-catching display by sub Daniel Arzani helped Melbourne City to a 2-1 win on Saturday night at AAMI Park in Melbourne.
Phoenix, after a classic counter-attack display, showed plenty of class throughout but were unable to hold on to their first-half lead.
City started with striker Dario Vidosic, who departed Phoenix last week. But it was McCormack and Arzani who sparked City after a first-half that saw the hosts shaded by the visitors.
