Roy O’Donovan: Jets v Mariners
Already with two goals to his name, O’Donovan completed his hat-trick in some style with a pin-point header.
A flowing team move saw Andrew Nabbout released down the left and his first-time cross with his weaker left foot was inch-perfect for the Irishman to nod into the far corner.
Jumpei: Wanderers v Glory
A classic counter attack from the Wanderers.
After clearing a defensive corner, they broke down field within a couple of passes before Brendan Hamill played in jumpei who slid-in and clipped the ball past Glory gloveman Liam Reddy to cap an excellent team goal.
Dimitri Petratos: Jets v Mariners
After some excellent hold-up play by O’Donovan on the right, the striker played the ball into Petratos just inside the box.
Petratos jinked his way past Josh Rose before unleashing a powerful drive into the far top corner.
