Perth Glory is delighted the club is guaranteed to play a ‘home- final for the first time since 2004.

With one round remaining in the regular season, Perth Glory is already assured a top four spot and can finish as high as third.

“We are happy with our overall performance so far which has resulted in our best Hyundai A-league season,” Perth Glory Chief Executive Paul Kelly said.

“A home final is just reward for our passionate and loyal fans and the general footballing public of Western Australia.”

The last time Perth Glory played a home final was March 28, 2004. On that day Perth Glory beat Adelaide City 5-0 at Subiaco Oval before going on to win the club-s second NSL championship.

“We look forward to playing our home final at nib Stadium in conjunction with the FFA who will release all relevant details as soon as possible,” Mr Kelly added.

“But first we are hoping for our biggest crowd of the season this Saturday night against Melbourne Victory to support your Glory into the finals.”

The first weekend of the Hyundai A-League finals will begin March 30.
