In-form Canberra United and Brisbane Roar will strut their stuff in front of the Fox Sports/ABC TV cameras this Sunday in what promises to be a classic match-up.
Canberra are fresh from achieving the result of the Westfield W-League season so far, after knocking over the hitherto unbeatable Melbourne City last Saturday.
Brisbane’s impressive line-up are also starting to find their form after a 3-2 home win over Adelaide United last weekend.
Those results leave both sides in third but just two points off top spot, and with Sydney FC sitting out this weekend, there is much to play for.
Over a dozen internationals are dotted across the two teams meaning a high-quality contest at Central Coast Stadium is assured.
The match will also be extra special for Canberra United’s Hayley Raso and Brisbane Roar’s Amy Chapman who both will be meeting their respective former clubs.
