Glory terminates Andy Keogh’s contract

Perth Glory FC can confirm it has completed the termination of Andy Keogh’s contract with the club.

Last week the club revealed the 29-year old striker had been offered an overseas offer, which Perth Glory could not compete with.

Chairman Tony Sage said the Irishman and the club had parted ways amicably.

“We’re sad to see Andy go and he isn’t happy he’s going either,” Sage said.

“I know he is going to miss Perth a lot but I’m confident this isn’t the last time we see him in a Perth Glory jersey.

“We wish him well on his next football adventure.”

Head coach Kenny Lowe and the football department continue to actively seek local and overseas players, to boost the squad for the Hyundai A-League 2015/16 season.
