Former Adelaide United boss Gui Amor has returned to former club Barcelona as the new chief of their professional youth football department.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
*Amor left the Reds at the end of last season after two years in charge of the Hyundai A-League club, winning the double in 2016.
*He’ll oversee the Barcelona youth ranks alongside fellow former Spanish international José Mari Bakero.
*The pair will also lead Barcelona’s B team and the club’s Under-19 A and B squads.
*Amor played for Barcelona for 10 seasons and has previously coached the club’s youth teams for eight years over two different stints.
