Four goals in the space of 15 minutes late in the second half has seen Adelaide United record a big pre-season win against South Australian NPL side Raiders on Tuesday night.
Gertjan Verbeekās side overran the NPL outfit after the break, running out 5-0 winners at Taperoo Reserve.

Despite dominating from the outset, the Reds only had Michael Jakobsenās towering 19th-minute header from Nathan Konstandopoulosā corner to show for it at half-time.
They continued to carve out chances after the break, with Ben Halloran rattling the crossbar with a curling effort.

But their class eventually told, scoring four times inside the last 20 minutes to add some gloss to the scoreline.
Michael Marroneās deflected strike made it 2-0 on 71 minutes before substitute Pacifique Niyongabire finished off an impressive team move soon after.

Riley McGree and Nikola Mileusnic then completed the rout with goals of their own on what was an excellent display from the Hyundai A-League outfit.
It was a strong hit-out for Adelaide before the club begins their FFA Cup title defence against Victorian NPL side Melbourne Knights next Wednesday, August 7.
