This Monday afternoon Tilford Zebras and South Hobart will battle it out for not only the Lakoseljac Cup but a spot in the inaugural Westfield FFA Cup.
The main event in Tasmania-s premier football cup competition is the Milan Lakoseljac Memorial Cup that kicks off at 3:00pm between Victory League rivals, Tilford Zebras and South Hobart.
The Lakoseljac Cup is the most prized cup on offer in Tasmanian football but in 2014 the cup holds extra significance with the winner to progress to the Westfield FFA Cup.
The matchup for the Lakoseljac Cup shapes up as a blockbuster clash with both sides facing off for statewide silverware and a place in a national cup competition.
Tilford Zebras stunned South Hobart last week in the Victory League with a comfortable 3-0 win over last year-s champions and will be looking to replicate the performance and shut out the potent South Hobart attack.
Tilford Zebras will welcome in former Socceroo and Sydney FC star Steve Corica for the cutthroat final in hope the current Sydney FC Youth Coach will lead them to a historic win.
