Ex-Hyundai A-League star heads to Bali!

Former Johnny Warren Medallist Marcos Flores has signed for Bali United in the Indonesian Super League.

The 31-year-old one-time Adelaide United and Melbourne Victory star has tweeted his latest club move overnight, saying he’s looking forward to his new adventure with the Warriors.

Flores signed from Indonesian club Persib Bandung.

Argentine-born Flores was one of the most popular players in the A-League and electrified fans during his time with the Reds from 2009, winning the Johnny Warren Medal for best player in the league in 2011.

But after his Adelaide and Victory stints – with a spell in China in between – his star waned.

He spent time at the Jets and Mariners before leaving to join US club Jacksonville in 2015 before moving to Indonesia.
