Melbourne Victory have announced that Leroy George has decided against re-signing with the club.
Despite the club’s best efforts over an extended period of time, the 31-year-old has rejected a substantially improved offer and is instead pursuing other opportunities.
The Dutchman scored nine goals and supplied 13 assists last season and was a key figure in Victory’s Championship win.
