Melbourne Victory fans will get the chance to welcome home their Grand Final heroes on Sunday with a special celebration at AAMI Park.
Victory made it a fourth Hyundai A-League title on Saturday night after a courageous and gritty 1-0 win over Newcastle Jets at a sold-out McDonald Jones Stadium.

The team fly back into Melbourne on Sunday afternoon and will head straight to AAMI Park to show off the Hyundai A-League trophy to their fans.
Gates open at 3.30pm, with Kevin Muscat and his squad expected to arrive at 4.15pm.
The event is free and will take place inside AAMI Park, with all Victory members and fans encouraged to attend.
Victory officials stressed to fans that there is very little parking around AAMI Park due to other events in the precinct, urging supporters to use public transport.
