Sydney midfielder Alex Brosque has dominated the club’s awards night, taking home the two major awards on Saturday night.
The 25-year-old was voted Player’s Player of the Season, and also won his second straight Golden Boot award.
Young gun Rhyan Grant took out the Player’s Player award in Sydney’s championship winning National Youth League side, while Danielle Brogan claimed the Westfield W-League Player’s Player award.
Departing forward Brendon Santalab’s cracking long-range rocket in Round 5 against Adelaide was voted the Goal of the Season by fans.
And after guiding the National Youth League team to both the championship and the premiership, coach Steve O’Connor collected the Chairman’s Award.
The senior squad will now take a break and return to pre-season training under new coach Vitezslav Lavicka in late April.
