Markus Babbel insists Western Sydney Wanderers will not suffer from his touchline absence when they visit Wellington Phoenix on Sunday.
The German boss serves a one-match ban during Round 3 on the Hyundai A-League after seeing red in their Sydney Derby defeat last weekend.

However, he is confident that assistant manager Jean-Paul de Marigny is capable of leading the Wanderers to a favourable result at the Westpac Stadium.
He said: “Of course it is not easy to not to sit on the bench and not have this feeling, but we work hard this week and JP [de Marigny] knows what we want to do and this is not a problem for us.
“It is like it is and it is just up to us to us now to bring the performance on the pitch and we will get a result in Wellington.”
All eyes will be on the three points for Wellington Phoenix after their stalemate with Brisbane Roar in Round 2.

Wanderers defender Ruon Tongyik is also confident that De Marigny will be able to fill the void of their head coach on Sunday.
“I think we’ll be able to manage because we’ve got JP as the assistant coach and the boys really understand [him] as well,” he said.
“You can tell from the previous game he’s very passionate as well so they’re pretty much the same.”
Babbel is, however, aware that everything will have to go to plan if they are to halt the Nix’s impressive start to the season.

He added: “It is a different team…it is a side that have quality and we know it is very hard work to get a result there.
“I think we have a good game plan so if we can bring this on the pitch then we can hurt them, but we also know this is a team who are fantastic in transition.
“But it is only up to us and if we can show our performance then there’s a good chance there.”
