Adelaide announce several departures from Liberty A-League side, incl. joint-leading goalscorer

The A-Leagues All Access cameras went behind the scenes as the two best teams in the Liberty A-League faced off in the 2023-24 Grand Final.

Adelaide United’s preparations for the 2024-25 Liberty A-League season are already underway after the exits of several players.

Hannah Blake, Annabel Haffenden, Jenna Holtz, Alana Jancevski, Mariah Lee, Rosetta Taylor and Grace Wilson have all departed the Reds, who finished bottom of the standings this season.

Blake, Haffenden, Jancevski, Holtz, Lee and Taylor had all joined Adelaide for the 2023-24 campaign, while Wilson – who became the first openly non-binary player in the A-Leagues this term – had called the club home since 2021.

Blake ended the season as the club’s joint-leading goalscorer with three, alongside Isabel Hodgson and Dylan Holmes.

“Each of these players has represented the club with great dignity and spirit.

“We wish them all the best in their future endeavours, and they will always be a part of the Adelaide United family.”
