Macarthur Bulls have signed former Melbourne Victory star Damien Da Silva as the AFC Champions League Two participants further enhance their squad for the Isuzu UTE A-League 2025-26 season.
The Bulls have lured veteran French defender Da Silva back to Australia from Clermont Foot in France’s second tier.
Da Silva returns to the A-Leagues, where he spent two seasons with Victory – scoring five goals – and played a vital role in guiding the club to the 2023-24 Grand Final.

The 37-year-old, who played 28 games for Clermont last season, setting up a goal and scoring another, also earned the Victory Medal in both of his seasons at AAMI Park.

“I am excited to sign with the Bulls. It’s a very good team with great players and I can’t wait to get on the pitch,” Da Silva said.
“It’s a family club with good results. My wife loved this country too so it was an easy decision.”

Da Silva’s arrival is another boost to Mile Sterjovski’s squad as the juggle their A-Leagues and ACL Two commitments in 2025-26.
The Bulls have already recruited South Korea international and former Premier League frontman Ji Dong-won as well as Socceroo Anthony Caceres, Callum Talbot, Harry Politidis and Šime Gržan while handing scholarships to young guns Zane Helweh, Will McKay and Sebastian Krslovic.
