The Isuzu UTE A-League rank in the top four on a global list for most shots per 90 minutes, ahead of the English Premier League and the German Bundesliga.
According to the CIES Football Observatory, the Isuzu UTE A-League are fourth for most shots per 90 across the top 50 divisions either current or last completed season.
With 23.9 shots per 90, the competition is only behind Iceland’s Besta Deild (24.7), Switzerland’s Super League (24.4) and the Polish Ekstraklasa (24.2).

The Isuzu UTE A-League is ahead of the Premier League and Bundesliga, which are level in seventh with 23.4.
In 2024-25, there were 573 record-breaking goals scored in the Isuzu UTE A-League at an average of 3.26 per match as Melbourne City claimed the Championship and Auckland FC won the Premiership.
