“I think probably Milanovic from Western Sydney Wanderers for me,” Oar said on this week’s Total A-Leagues episode.
“He’s obviously done it for a few seasons now, and he’s a goalscoring midfielder.
“You don’t see too many internationally young players who are midfielders score the amount of goals he does, and his output is fantastic. So he’s my pick.”
Total A-Leagues host and aleagues.com.au reporter James Dodd added: “I think most people would be looking at Adrian Segecic or Noah Botic.
“But contract situations (both Segecic and Botic are coming off contract). Nicolas Milanovic is under contract and Western Sydney Wanderers are going to make hell of a difference if they can keep hold of him.
“If not, cash in the coffers.”
