5 key ins for Hyundai A-League Round 3

The squads are in for Round 3 and there are a few key ins for the weekend’s Hyundai A-League action.

Eric Bautheac (new signing for Roar)

We finally may get to see this exciting French talent in the A-League. He’s been named by John Aloisi for Brisbane’s clash with Jets. There are huge raps on this attacker from Ligue 1.

Karim Matmour (promoted by the Reds)

The Algerian international was rested last week for the Brisbane clash due to “muscle soreness” after a big week of travel coming back to SA from Wellington. He’s back for Friday night’s big one against the Big V. But can he get back into the unbeaten Reds’ starting XI?

Gui Finkler (returns from injury for Phoenix)

As a former Victory man, he’ll love to inflict some hurt on City this weekend. The Brazilian striker is back after a spell out injured and has been named for the Phoenix clash at AAMI Park.

Gui Finkler could cause Sydney FC's defence plenty of problems at Allianz Stadium.

Luke Brattan (promoted by Melbourne City)

It’s not easy making it into the City midfield these days, with the unbeaten side in excellent form after two wins from two. Brattan returns along with fellow midfielder Neil Kilkenny who has also been promoted.
