A forecasted heatwave on Saturday will see a delayed kick-off of the Ninja A-League clash between Newcastle Jets and Central Coast Mariners at No.2 Sportsground.
With temperatures set to tip 40 degrees on Saturday across the east coast of New South Wales, the decision has been made to push the planned 5:00pm AEDT start time of the much-anticipated F3 Derby between Newcastle Jets and Central Coast Mariners, to 7:00pm AEDT.
With a strong crowd expected at No.2 Sportsground, this change was made with player and fan welfare paramount.
