EVERY word of Brisbane Roar boss’ fiery post-match press conference

Check out the highlights from the New Year's Eve clash at polytec Stadium.

There was plenty of drama at polytec Stadium on New Year’s Eve as Brisbane Roar left Gosford with all three points thanks to a dramatic 2-1 win over the Central Coast Mariners.

With the scores level at 1-1 heading into stoppage time and without their head coach Michael Valkanis after he was sent off on the stroke of half time, Brisbane Roar showcased their fighting spirit as substitute Justin Vidic headed home in the 92nd minute to seal a 2-1 win over the hosts.

There were fireworks on and off the pitch in Gosford as officials from both sides had to be separated in the tunnel at half time.
