Macarthur Bulls are back in AFC Champions League Two (ACL Two) action on Thursday night when they face Vietnamese side Cong An Hanoi FC at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.
Currently third in Group E, the Bulls will be hoping to get back to winning ways after drawing 1-1 with CAHN in Vietnam on matchday three.
Finding themselves a goal down in the 30th minute in the Vietnamese capital, Macarthur bagged themselves what could be a crucial point thanks to defender Tomislav Uskok’s 76th-minute goal.

Now, heading into the return fixture, Mile Sterjovski’s Isuzu UTE A-League side know that a win over their Vietnamese opponents could see them move to the top of Group E with just two matches left to play.
A point off top spot in the V.League 1, CAHN also sit on top of Group E having won one and drawn two of their opening three matches.
After featuring against the Bulls last time out, on-loan Adelaide United midfielder Stefan Mauk is once again likely to play for CAHN, in what is his first trip back to Australia since leaving for Vietnam.

Team news and form
Macarthur head into the home clash with CAHN off the back of a hard-fought 1-1 draw with local rivals Western Sydney Wanderers in Campbelltown.
The Bulls took an early lead in the local derby through towering striker Harry Sawyer, however Wanderers defender Anthony Pantazopoulos’ late header ensured the visitors left Campbelltown Sports Stadium with a point.
That result means the Bulls have amassed four points from their opening three Isuzu UTE A-League matches.

One man who missed the clash with the Wanderers was forward Chris Ikonomidis, and the 30-year-old is still the only injury absentee head coach Sterjovski has to contend with going into this clash.
However, with a crucial contest to come against high-flying Sydney FC at Leichhardt Oval on Sunday afternoon, Sterjovski could well rotate his side.
As for CAHN, head coach Alexandre Polking and his side head to Sydney’s Southwest fresh off the back of a 2-0 home win over PVF-CAND.

That result leaves them a point off top spot in the V.League 1 having played one game fewer than league leaders Ninh Binh.
More impressive, though, is the fact CAHN arrive in Australia full of confidence, given they are currently enjoying a 12-game unbeaten streak in all competitions.
Format, prize money & fixtures
Unlike the ACL Champions League Elite competition which operates in a league format, the ACL Two remains as it was last year: Eight groups consisting of four teams in each, with all sides playing against one another at home and away.
The top two sides from each group will then progress through to the knockout stages of the competition where the draw remains split between ‘East and West’ before the two best sides from each side of the draw will meet in the final.
TICKET OFFER
The Macarthur Bulls have an exciting ticket initiative for this clash, which sees fans able to buy a two-game pass for both of the Bulls’ remaining ACL Two home games.
Starting with Thursday’s clash against CAHN and then their final home game with Hong Kong side Tai Po, tickets start at just fans $16 for juniors and $32 for adults!
