Newcastle Jets have announced the signing of academy product Christian Bracco to a scholarship deal for the Isuzu UTE A-League 2025-26 season.
Bracco has been an integral player in the Jets youth team over the past few seasons, helping the team to an unbeaten season in 2024.
He has also made six appearances to date for the first team across the Isuzu UTE A-League and Australia Cup, first debuting against Western United in the 2024 Australia Cup.

The 21-year-old is the third scholarship signing of the pre-season for Newcastle head coach Mark Milligan, after Xavier Bertoncello and Lucas Scicluna.
“I’m extremely happy to sign my first professional contract with the Newcastle Jets,” Bracco said.
“I’d like to thank the club and coaching staff for giving me this opportunity. I can’t wait to test my abilities, and I am looking forward to what’s ahead here at the Jets.”
Jets head coach Mark Milligan added: “Bracco has had to be patient for his opportunity. Coming off the back of another strong NPL season, he fully deserves this opportunity.
“He is a local player (who) embodies the direction we want to head in as a club and is a true reflection of the community we represent. He is a hardworking, honest player with a determination to be the best footballer he can be.”
