Perth Glory have retained the services of two integral defensive cogs for the Ninja A-League 2025-26 season, re-signing Onyinyechi Zogg and Naomi Chinnama on one-year contracts.
The 2024-25 season was the first in purple and orange for both Zogg and Chinnama. Zogg, a Nigeria international, played 22 games in defence for Glory and served as co-captain alongside Izzy Dalton, who signed a contract extension of her own on Monday.

Glory football director Stan Lazaridis says the two central defenders will return for season 2025-26 with improved chemistry after an impressive campaign spent learning each other’s respective strengths.
“Naomi and Onyi complement each other perfectly and made a really significant contribution to the team last season,” he said.
“With more than 20 games together now under their belts, they will be even more effective this year.
“They will provide a solid defensive platform which will be absolutely vital as we look to push for finals football.”
Zogg and Chinnama have re-signed in a busy week for Glory, with Izzy Dalton, Tijan McKenna, Grace Johnston and Georgia Cassidy all recommitting to the club.
