Ins & Outs Round 6: Socceroo back from suspension, Western United dealt big injury blow

WATCH: Total A-Leagues, Episode 6

The teams are in ahead of Round 6 of the 2024-25 Isuzu UTE A-League season.

Melbourne City captain Aziz Behich is set to return from suspension after serving a two-game ban earned after a red card in City’s Round 2 clash with Melbourne Victory. City had the bye in Unite Round and return to Isuzu UTE A-League action with Behich’s inclusion bolstering the squad for a clash with Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday afternoon.

Elsewhere, Macarthur Bulls winger Jed Drew is pushing to return from his one-week injury absence – as is Western United centre-back Tomoki Imai who has missed two games with a hip flexor injury.

But Imai’s return comes with a dose of bad news for Western head coach John Aloisi and his young central midfielder Sebastian Pasquali, who is likely to miss the next four to six weeks with a fractured fibula.
