Adelaide United have signed American forward Erin Healy for the 2024-25 Ninja A-League season.
Healy arrives in Adelaide from Portuguese top-flight side Club de Albergaria, where she scored eight goals in 24 matches last term.
The versatile 23-year-old, who is known for her composure on the ball and strength in one-v-one battles, began her career at Gonzaga University in Washington State.

“I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining Adelaide United and to take on this new challenge in the A-League Women,” Healy said.
“This club has a fantastic reputation for giving opportunities to young players, and I’m eager to contribute to the team’s success this season.”
Healy is Adelaide’s third signing after Matilda McNamara and Tiarna Karambasis.
The Reds have also re-signed Katie Bowler, Zoe Tolland, Meleri Mullan, Sarah Morgan, Ella Tonkin, Nanako Sasaki and Emily Condon.
“Erin’s life experience playing overseas in Portugal, especially in a different language and cultural environment, is exactly the type of maturity and adaptability we respect at Adelaide United,” said Adelaide’s head of football Marius Zanin.
“We believe she’ll fit in seamlessly with our squad, and we’re excited to see her impact on the pitch.”
