Adelaide United have signed Ben Folami from Isuzu UTE A-League rivals Melbourne Victory.
Adelaide have lured the one-time Socceroos forward to Coopers Stadium on a four-year contract.
The 25-year-old arrives after three years at Victory, where he won the 2021 Australia Cup and played a key role in the club’s run to last season’s Isuzu UTE A-League Grand Final.
Folami, who scored nine goals in 99 A-Leagues appearances following his switch from English side Ipswich Town, is just the 11th Isuzu UTE A-League player to join Adelaide from Victory and the first since Nick Ansell in 2021.

“I am excited to be starting a new chapter in my career with Adelaide United,” said Folami as the Reds prepare to face Victory in Saturday’s Australia Cup semi-final.
“I have a lot to offer and believe that this club provides the ideal environment for me to continue developing.
“The direction the club is taking is something I am keen to be a part of, and I look forward to contributing to the team’s success.”
Folami is the latest new face in Carl Veart’s Isuzu UTE A-League squad for season 2024-25.
He joins Archie Goodwin, Dylan Pierias, Bart Vriends and Julian Kwaaitaal, while Amlani Tatu, Feyzo Kasumovic, Malual Nichola have penned scholarship deals.
