We are at the business end of the 2024 Australia Cup, with two more Isuzu UTE A-League sides featuring in the Round of 16 on Wednesday night. Here’s everything you need to know.

Adelaide United – the most successful club in the history of the competition with three titles, two-time champions Melbourne Victory, 2022 winners Macarthur FC, Western Sydney Wanderers and two-time runners-up Perth Glory are the remaining A-Leagues teams in the Australia Cup.

After Macarthur FC overturned a 2-0 deficit to beat Newcastle Jets 4-3 in a thriller on Sunday, Western Sydney defeated NPLM QLD outfit Lions FC 4-0 on Tuesday night, while Adelaide outlasted NPLM WA club Olympic Kingsway 3-2.

On Wednesday, Victory – last season’s Isuzu UTE A-League Grand Finallists – make the trek to NPLM NSW club NWS Spirit following their 4-1 rout of Lambton Jaffas in the previous round.

David Zdrilic’s new-look Perth Glory will play NPLM QLD side Moreton City Excelsior after their wild 5-4 triumph against Melbourne City in the Round of 32.
