Hyundai A-League fixtures: split rounds

The Hyundai A-League will again feature ‘split rounds’ during the 2017/18 Season to help the clubs involved in the AFC Champions League.

For the first time ever last season, a Split Round was introduced as Adelaide United, Western Sydney Wanderers and Brisbane Roar dealt with the arduous travel and fixture congestion involved with the ACL.

And for the 2017/18 Season there will now be two Split Rounds, to be staged in round 20, followed by round 22.

SPLIT ROUND DETAILS

*Round 20 – Week 1 (February 9-11, 2018) – Melbourne Victory v Brisbane Roar, Wellington Phoenix v Perth Glory and Melbourne City v Sydney FC

*Round 20 – Week 2 (February 16-27) – Western Sydney Wanderers v Newcastle Jets, Adelaide United v Central Coast Mariners

*Round 22 – Week 1 (March 2-3) – Melbourne City v Melbourne Victory, Newcastle Jets v Sydney FC, Brisbane Roar v Adelaide United
