Western Sydney Wanderers have today announced that striker Kerem Bulut has departed the club, effective immediately.
The club released a statement stating that Bulut had been released from his contract in order to pursue ‘other professional opportunities’.
Bulut re-joined the Wanderers this season after a year in Greece but struggled in his second stint with the club, making just six appearances and failed to find the net.
The 24-year-old appeared on the outer in recent weeks after failing to be included in the matchday squad for three consecutive matches.
Bulut has been linked with a move to Thailand in the January transfer window.
