The Central Coast Mariners will finalise their pre-season preparations when they travel to the Sunshine Coast to face Brisbane Roar on Saturday evening.
The test will prove an important selection step for Tony Walmsley’s side as players vie for positions heading into their round one clash with Perth Glory.
“We play Brisbane Roar on the Sunshine Coast which is another opportunity for players to get out there and put themselves in the frame for the first game,” Walmsley said.
With just over two weeks until Hyundai A-League Round one, the boys in Yellow & Navy will be looking to put in strong performances to give themselves every chance of featuring in Walmsley’s starting XI at the start of the season.
