Adelaide United midfielder Marcelo Carrusca will miss just one week after scnas revealed there is no tear in his injured groin.
An MRI scan revealed there is no tear to the area, meaning the skilful Argentinean will likely miss Sunday-s clash against the Central Coast Mariners but be a strong chance to face Perth Glory in the Reds- final minor round match of the season on Easter Saturday.
After scoring the equalising goal early in the second half of the 1-1 draw with the Jets, Carrusca was replaced in the 75th minute after being hampered by a groin problem.
Carrusca is expected to resume running in the next couple of days.
