Perth Glory release a new third strip ahead of the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 Season

Perth Glory have completed their set of playing strips for the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 Season after unveiling a third kit on Wednesday.

In homage to the club’s pride at being Western Australia’s sole representative in the Hyundai A-League, Glory have gone with a unique look for their third jersey.

Created by the club’s apparel partner Macron, it’s a sleek new design, complete with bold black and subtle gold accents.

 It’s a nod to the statte of WA which also includes the presence of the black swan positioned prominently on the back of the shirt.

“This kit, which features a striking V-neck collar with black and gold stripes around the sleeves for added contrast, represents a unique opportunity for fans to not only show their support for Perth Glory, but also to celebrate living in the best State in the country,” Glory said in a statement.

Tony Popovic’s side are set to debut their new look in Wednesday night’s FFA Cup 2019 Round of 32 clash against Western Sydney Wanderers at Dorrien Gardens.

Kick-off in that match is 8.30pm (AEST).

The unveiling of the third strip comes after Glory also showed off their other new kits (home and away) last month for the upcoming season.

They wore their new home kit for the first time in their high-profile friendly against Manchester United at Optus Stadium.
