The Westfield W-League Finals Series is here and there are plenty of Westfield Matildas stars with their eye on the Championship title.
Following a pulsating 14 rounds of football the top four sides in the country go head-to-head in a winner-takes-all opening weekend of Semi Finals action.
It all gets underway on Saturday, March 14 at 2pm AEDT at Epping Stadium as Melbourne Victory host long-time Big Blue rivals Sydney FC.
Victory will be looking to central defenders Jenna McCormick and Laura Brock, as well as goalkeeper Teagan Micah, as they again seek to stifle a Sydney outfit they defeated in the final round of the regular season.

But they will have to be top of their game to deny the Sky Blues side that finished just one point behind the Victory on the table.
Alanna Kennedy will lead the charge for the defending Champions – who also have Princess Ibini to call upon in their attempt to become the first club to win a fourth ever Westfield W-League Championship.

Also chasing a fourth Champions title are Premiers Melbourne City, who will unleash their stable of Westfield Matildas at ABD Stadium on Sunday, March 15 at 1:30pm AEDT against Western Sydney Wanderers.
City’s hopes will pin largely on the contributions of Aivi Luik and Emily van Egmond in midfield, in addition to the tireless forward runs of wing-backs Steph Catley and Ellie Carpenter.
Also set to cause headaches for the visitors is the always formidable Lydia Williams in goal, while Kyah Simon will provide the impetus in the attacking third.
Looking to stand in their way is the experience of Wanderers captain Amy Harrison, who will be plotting an upset – and there’s nearly always one in the Finals Series – after City stormed through the regular season without defeat.
