Kick-off for Sunday’s Isuzu UTE A-League showdown between Macarthur FC and Western Sydney Wanderers in Campbelltown has been pushed back due to heat.
Based on the latest weather forecasts, the Australian Professional Leagues’ (APL) in consultation with the club has taken the proactive step of delaying the start of this weekend’s match, with the game now set to start at 7:00pm AEDT.
Under the APL’s Heat Policy, the weather forecast data for the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) and Ambient Temperature (AT) are currently predicted to be over the threshold at 5:00pm (AEDT) for Campbelltown Stadium.
