Western Sydney Wanderers have announced the signing of Valentino Yuel for the remainder of the 2023-24 Isuzu UTE A-League season.
Yuel joins the Wanderers after the end of his contract with Iranian side Aluminium Arak and a loan move to Qatar Stars League outfit Umm Salal.

Yuel previously played for Wanderers head coach Marko Rudan at A-Leagues club Western United; that was in 2019-20, preceding a two-season stint at Newcastle Jets which came to an end in 2022.
Yuel joins the Wanderers after representing South Sudan in two internationals against Senegal and Mauritiana in the recent international break.
“My goal is to contribute as much as I can, whether it’s assisting or scoring,” Yuel said.
“I want to influence as many positive results as I can, to hopefully win something at the end of the season.
“The Wanderers have always been a very tough opponent, very passionate fan-base which made it very difficult when coming up against them. So it’s good to be on the same side of them now.”

Rudan added: “We are delighted to have Valentino join the Wanderers until the end of the A-Leagues season.
“Having worked with Valentino in the past, I know what attributes he can bring to a team and we are pleased to be adding extra depth to our attacking third.”
