A-League Women eToro Playmaker of the Year – Voting Procedure and Terms and Conditions:
- The overall winner of the A-League Women eToro Playmaker of the Year award (Award) will be determined from the list of monthly nominees nominated throughout the Regular Season. The winner will be the player with the most fan votes at the conclusion of the voting period outlined in clause (c) below (Voting Period).
- If two (2) or more eligible Players finish equal on the most points at the conclusion of the Voting Period, joint winners will be awarded the Award. The eToro Playmaker of the Year award will be presented to the winner(s) of the Award at the conclusion of the Regular Season.
Fan Vote
- The fan vote will open at 12.00am AEST on 17 April 2026 and close at 12.00pm AEST on 24 April 2026.
- To vote, a fan will be required to go to the relevant award voting page and register with their email address.
- Each fan will be entitled to vote once per award category.
- Fans under the age of 18 are required to get their parent or guardian’s permission before voting.
- The APL’s decision in relation to any aspects of the voting process is final and binding on every person who votes.
- Any dispute arising from the voting process shall be reviewed and resolved by the APL in its sole discretion. APL’s decisions shall be final and binding.
- The APL reserves the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, to:
- verify the validity of votes and voters (including but not limited to a voter’s identity, age and place of residence); and/or
- disqualify any voter who submits a vote that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the voting process; and/or
- disqualify at any time any vote that, in the opinion of the APL includes objectionable content, profanity or is potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory.
- Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible votes will be deemed invalid. The APL takes no responsibility for lost or misdirected votes.
- If the vote is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the APL, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the APL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any voter who tampers with the entry process; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the fan vote entirely, as appropriate.
- The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a voter to automatically vote repeatedly is prohibited and will render all votes submitted by that voter invalid.

A-League Women Isuzu UTE Goal of the Year – Voting Procedure and Terms and Conditions:
- The A-League Women Isuzu UTE Goal of the Year award (Award) is awarded to the Player who is judged to have scored the best goal of the A-League Women Regular Season.
- Players are nominated and voted for by an APL appointed panel and a fan voted mechanism as prescribed by APL, at the conclusion of the A-League Women Regular Season.
- The overall winner of the Award will be determined from the list of nominees based on the following process:
- The APL appointed panel will each vote on a 3-2-1 basis from the pool of nominees; and
- Fan votes to be entered during the voting period outlined in clause (d) below (Voting Period) will be ranked in order from the highest to lowest as follows:
- 3 points allocated to the Player with the most votes;
- 2 points allocated to the Player with the second most votes; and
- 1 point allocated to the Player with the third most votes.
- In the event that two (2) or more Players receive an equal number of fan votes at the conclusion of the Voting Period, the allocation of votes will be split equally (e.g. if the top two are tied they would receive 2.5 points each and third place would receive 1 point. If there was a tie between second and third place, 3 points will be given to first place and 1.5 points to second and third place).
- The eligible Player who receives the most panel and fan points (combined) will be determined the winner of the Award.
- In the event that two (2) or more Player/Goals receive an equal number of panel and fan points (combined), the APL appointed Technical Panel Chairperson will determine the winner.
Fan Vote

- The A-League Women Save of the Year award (Award) is awarded to the Goalkeeper who is judged to have made the best save during a match (Save) of the A-League Women Regular Season.
- Saves are nominated and voted for by an APL appointed panel and a fan voted mechanism as prescribed by APL, at the conclusion of the A-League Women Regular Season.
- The overall winner of the Award will be determined from the list of nominees based on the following process:
- The APL appointed panel will each vote on a 3-2-1 basis from the pool of nominees; and
- Fan votes entered during the voting period outlined in clause (d) below (Voting Period) will be ranked in order from the highest to lowest as follows:
- 3 points allocated to the Save with the most votes;
- 2 points allocated to the Save with the second most votes; and
- 1 point allocated to the Save with the third most votes.

A-League Women Young Footballer of the Year – Voting Procedure and Terms and Conditions:
- The A-League Women Young Footballer of the Year award (Award) is awarded to the A-League Women’s ‘Best Young Player of the Year’ for the Regular Season.
- Only Australian and New Zealand Players aged 19 and younger (being a Player born no earlier than 1 January 2006 for the A-League Women 2025/26 Season) registered to a Club’s A-League Women Player Roster are eligible.
- The Award is judged by an APL appointed panel of technical football experts, media representatives (Panel) and a fan voting mechanism (as set out below).
- One (1) young Player is nominated as the best young Player each month throughout the Regular Season based on the following process unless otherwise determined by APL:
- The Panel will vote on a 3-2-1 basis at the conclusion of each nominated monthly period throughout the Regular Season.
- The eligible Player who receives the most votes for that month will be determined as the monthly nominee.
- If two (2) or more Players are tied for votes at the conclusion of the month, the monthly nominee will be determined in the following order:
- the Player with the higher number of ‘3’ votes; or
- the Player with the higher number of ‘2’ votes; or
- In the event that the votes are still equal for a Player, a re-vote is conducted by the Panel where each Panel member votes for one (1) Player from the Players who are tied; or
- In the event that the re-vote still results in a tied outcome, then the APL will appoint a technical football expert at APL’s discretion to cast a determining vote.
- A Player can only receive one (1) young Player of the month nomination during the Regular Season.
- The overall winner of the Award will be determined from the list of monthly nominees along with an additional Wildcard nomination given to the young Player with the most cumulative votes over the course of the Regular Season that did not secure a monthly nomination, based on the following process:
- The Panel will each vote on a 3-2-1 basis at the conclusion of the Regular Season from the pool of monthly nominees; and
- Fan votes entered during the voting period outlined in clause (f) below (Voting Period) will be ranked in order from the highest to lowest as follows:
- 3 points allocated to the Player with the most votes;
- 2 points allocated to the Player with the second most votes; and
- 1 point allocated to the Player with the third most votes.
- In the event that two (2) or more Players receive an equal number of fan votes at the conclusion of the Voting Period, the APL-appointed Technical Panel Chairperson will determine the allocation of points for the tied Players.
- The eligible Player(s) who receives the most combined Panel and fan points for the Regular Season will be determined as the winner of the Award.
- If two (2) or more eligible Players finish equal on the most points, joint winners will be awarded the Award. The Award will be presented to the winner(s) of the Award at the conclusion of the Regular Season.

- The winner of the A-League Women Shark Fan Player of the Year award (Award) will be determined from a list of nominees up to fifteen (15) (Nominees) based on the following process:
- A list of Nominees will be produced at the end of the Regular Season based on FotMob statistics. The top ten (10) eligible Players will be nominated based on performance statistics from the Regular Season.
- In addition, each Shark Fan Player of the Month award will automatically be included in the shortlist of Nominees for the Award resulting in five (5) additional Nominees.
- A fan vote will then be conducted where fans will vote for the winner from the list of Nominees. The winner will be the Player with the most fan votes at the conclusion of the Voting Period outlined in clause (d) of these Terms and Conditions, and who is eligible for the Award.
- If two (2) or more eligible Players finish equal on the most votes at the end of the Voting Period, joint winners will be awarded the Award. The Award will be presented to the winner(s) of the award at the conclusion of the Regular Season.
