There have been a staggering 66 goals in the first five rounds of the Westfield W-League 2017/18 season.
But who are the sharpest shooters in the competition? We take a look.
7 goals: Rachel Hill (Perth Glory)
The American striker has been in sizzling form, starting the season with five goals in her first two matches, including a round two hat-trick against Brisbane Roar.
4 goals: Samantha Kerr (Perth Glory), Makenzy Doniak (Adelaide United), Katie Stengel (Newcastle Jets)
It’s no surprise to see Kerr’s name on this list, with her four goals coming in just three games.
American Doniak scored an eye-catching hat-trick against Glory in the season opener, while Stengel’s strike for the Jets on Saturday also took her to four goals for the season.
3 goals: Michelle Heyman (Canberra United), Kylie Ledbrook (Sydney FC), Larissa Crummer (Melbourne City), Natasha Dowie (Melbourne Victory)
Notably, Heyman and Ledbrook both nabbed braces for their respective sides in Canberra’s 3-2 win over Sydney FC back in Round 3.
Crummer also scored twice in her side’s 5-2 victory against the Jets in Round 3, while Natasha Dowie scored her third goal in Victory’s most recent outing against WSW.
