Sydney FC have announced the signing of former Central Coast Mariners midfielder Bianca Galic, with the 26-year-old penning a three-year deal at Sky Park.
Having recently scored the winning penalty in the Ninja A-League 2024-25 Grand Final, Galic departed the Mariners after two years at the club.
Initially signed by now former Mariners head coach Emily Husband ahead of the Central Coast’s return to the Ninja A-League, Galic proved herself to be a hard-working, reliable and consistent performer over her two years with the club, culminating in their 2024-25 Championship success.

“I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining Sydney FC,” said Galic after inking her new contract with Sydney FC.
“This club has a fantastic history, and I’m excited to contribute to adding more silverware in the coming seasons.
“I’m really looking forward to working with Ante and the playing group and pushing myself to grow as a player.
“It’s a huge opportunity and I can’t wait to get started.”
The three-time Croatian international was a mainstay of the Mariners’ Championship winning side last season, playing 24 games and contributing three goals in the process.
“Bianca is a fantastic signing for the club,” said Sydney FC head coach Ante Juric.
“She’s an intelligent and composed player with a tremendous work ethic.
“She brings a winning mentality and exceptional footballing ability, which she has consistently demonstrated season after season in the A-Leagues.
“Bianca will integrate seamlessly into our culture — she’s not only a great player but also a fantastic person whose character aligns perfectly with the values we uphold at Sydney FC.
“I’m confident she’ll make a significant impact both on and off the pitch in the years to come.”
