Uncapped Isuzu UTE A-League quartet Al Hassan Toure, Paul Okon-Englster, Kai Trewin and Patrick Beach have been called up by the CommBank Socceroos for a pair of international friendlies against Venezuela and Colombia.
Sydney FC pair Al Hassan Toure and Okon-Englster and Melbourne City duo Trewin and goalkeeper Beach are in Tony Popovic’s 26-man squad for this month’s clashes with Venezuela (November 15) and Colombia (November 19) in the United States.

Adelaide United captain Craig Goodwin is also back in the squad after returning to the Isuzu UTE A-League this season.
Al Hassan Toure, joins his younger brother Mohamed Toure in the Australian team after scoring his first professional hat-trick last week.
Perth Glory academy product James Overy, who is now playing for Manchester United, is also in the squad among 21 past or *present players to have come through the Isuzu UTE A-League, either via an academy or the first team:

“It’s another opportunity to expand the depth and introduce players who have not yet been exposed to the Socceroos environment or senior international football,” Popovic said.
“We also welcome back some familiar faces, from Australia and abroad. I’ve had the chance to closely observe the opening rounds of the A-League season, and we believe this is the ideal time to integrate domestic players into the squad.
“We are delighted to be back in the United States to face strong South American opposition as we continue our preparations for the World Cup.”
