10 games on free-to-air TV in 2024-25!
Network 10 have committed to broadcasting a minimum of 10 Ninja A-League Women fixtures in 2024-25.
The free-to-air scheduling commitment includes a Round 1 bout between Central Coast Mariners and Sydney FC, Round 2’s Melbourne Derby, the Sydney Derby in Round 3, Mariners v Victory in Unite Round in Round 4, as well as Sydney v Canberra United in Round 22 and Victory v Western United in the final round of the regular season.
Network 10 will then air one Elimination Final, two Semi-Finals (one first-leg Semi, one second-Leg Semi) and the big one – the Grand Final – on the weekend of May 16-18, 2025.
Every game of the 2024-25 Ninja A-League Women season will be broadcast LIVE and FREE on 10 Play and Paramount+.

New Year’s Eve on the Central Coast!
Come the time, this might just be the hottest ticket in town; what better way to ring in the New Year than to get down to Industree Group Stadium for an A-Leagues double-header?
Central Coast Mariners are set to host the two-game extravaganza on Tuesday, December 31 beginning with a Ninja A-League Women clash between the Mariners and Melbourne City at 4.15pm local time. Then, Central Coast and City will face off in the Isuzu UTE A-League Men, kicking off at 7pm local time.
Pack your party hats and wear your club colours as the Mariners host the ultimate New Year’s Eve party in 2024!

‘Friday Night Lights’ in Tarneit! Western United’s special initiative
Western United have a new home in Tarneit, and in the 2024-25 Ninja A-League Women season, Ironbark Fields is set to become the home of ‘Friday Night Lights’.
The club will stage 11 games at Ironbark Fields and six of those are set to take place on a Friday night – including the very first game of the Ninja A-League Women campaign against Wellington Phoenix on Friday, November 1 (7pm AEDT kick-off).
The season begins for Western with back-to-back home Friday-night fixtures to get the club’s fans in the mood for what’s to come at home in the 2024-25 campaign.
No 3pm kick-offs in extended ‘Summer Period’
Following the success of last season, the ‘Summer Period’ has been extended by a month in 2024-25 and will run from Round 5 through to Round 21 (December to March).
During the ‘Summer Period’ there will be no 3pm kick off times, with all matches kicking off from 5pm local time, with the exception of a few matches due to time zones and broadcast commitments.
As part of the ‘Summer Period’, the league is re-introducing the summer of football campaign from December 27 to January 27 which will feature midweek fixtures across one Round (six fixtures) during the January school holidays to deliver more football at family-friendly times.

Sydney FC defeated Premiers Melbourne City on the road in the 2023-24 title decider to become Champions for the second consecutive season, and in the new campaign, the Grand Finalists will meet on three occasions in the regular season.
City will be out for vengeance when they travel to Leichhardt Oval in Round 4 to face the Sky Blues in Unite Round on Sunday, November 24.

City return to Leichhardt Oval in Round 10 to meet Sydney on Sunday, January 5. Then, in Round 16, City will host the Champions in an AAMI Park double-header on Saturday, February 15.
Matildas clash in Round 1
There are Matildas everywhere you look as you look through the Round 1 fixture list as the 2024-25 Ninja A-League season begins with a bang.
On Saturday, November 2 Canberra host Brisbane Roar; Canberra and Matildas legend Michelle Heyman is back in green this season, and will go head-to-head with fellow national team star Tameka Yallop, who is entering the second year of her multi-year deal with the Roar, and recent Matildas debutant Sharn Freier.
International defender Matilda McNamara is back in the A-Leagues at Adelaide United; she’ll take on the likes of Emily Gielnik, Alex Chidiac and Beattie Goad of Melbourne Victory in Round 1.
Central Coast Mariners have signed Taylor Ray, Karly Roestbakken has re-signed with Melbourne City and there’s a generation of future Matildas ready to make their name in the league this season.
Standalone Sydney Derby in Round 3 during men’s international break
With Round 3 of the 2024-25 Ninja A-League season taking place during an international break on the men’s FIFA international calendar, a standalone Sydney Derby at Leichhardt Oval has been scheduled and it’s one of a minimum of 10 fixtures set to be broadcast on free-to-air TV this season.
Sydney FC host Western Sydney Wanderers in the first of two Sydney Derbies for the season on Saturday, November 16; the fixture kicks off at 2.15pm AEDT.
A new home for Perth Glory
Perth Glory has a new home in 2024-25, taking all of the club’s Ninja A-League Women fixtures to the world-class Sam Kerr Football Centre!
Opened in 2023, the Sam Kerr Football Centre is named after the club’s greatest-ever Ninja A-League player who scored 57 goals for the club in 71 games.
Glory have moved from Macedonia Park to the facility in Queens Park and will host 10 games at the new venue, beginning with a Round 5 clash against Melbourne Victory on Sunday, December 8 2024.
