Perth Glory have announced 23-year-old forward Luke Ivanovic has departed the club by mutual consent as he prepares to take an opportunity at an overseas club.
Ivanovic made 24 appearances for the club after joining ahead of the 2022-23 Isuzu UTE A-League campaign. His first league goal for Glory came against Macarthur in Round 9 of the current season.
Beginning his career at Sydney FC, Ivanovic then had a one-season stint at Brisbane Roar which preceded his move to Perth, and as he prepares to make his first overseas move, the club thanked him for his services while wishing the young forward all the best for the future.
Ivanovic’s last appearance for Perth came on Friday night against Melbourne City, in which he came off the bench in the final moments of a 4-2 win over the reigning Premiers.
